Property certification

The Wellness Home Plan

Certified indoor air & surface hygiene for property handover — resale, new rental, or move-in.

How it works

Five steps to a certified property

Baseline measurement

1. Baseline measurement

Instrument readings for air quality (PM2.5, CO₂, HCHO, TVOC) plus CFU swab testing on fabrics and wall moisture readings.

Full decontamination

2. Full decontamination

Dry steam at 180°C across every hard surface — ceiling to wall to floor — combined with the Full Protocol treatment on all soft surfaces.

Ventilation

3. Ventilation

The property is fully aired out following treatment.

24-hour re-inspection

4. 24-hour re-inspection

Air and surface readings are re-measured; if any result falls outside healthy range, the process is repeated until it passes.

Final certification

5. Final certification

Once approved, all data is compiled into a dedicated Property Digital Passport, published online with photos, video, and the certificate.

The certificate

A Property Digital Passport

Every certified property receives a personal, dedicated Property Digital Passport — documented hygiene status at handover, with full data, photos, video, and certification on record.

This is the one plan that includes hard-surface steam treatment alongside the soft-surface Full Protocol.
