We treat the full mattress surface, seams and both sides. Dust-mite allergen and body oils sit in the fabric people spend six to eight hours on. HydroClean breaks that residue down. SteamPro then disinfects at 180°C under the AFNOR NF T72-110 certification.

Urine, sweat and spill stains are assessed before work. Extraction and steam remove a great deal of what is in the ticking. Deep staining in foam is not something we promise to erase. If a result will disappoint, we say so before we start — the same standard Logan Daley described from the Cassia Phuket project.
