Sofa
What's treated: Fabric and leather upholstery, cushions, and the seams where allergens and soiling collect.
Process: Pre-inspection → HydroClean enzymatic extraction lifts embedded soiling that heat alone can't shift → SteamPro disinfection at 180°C eliminates 99.999% of pathogens → dry.
Mattress
What's treated: Full mattress surface, seams, all sides. 6–8 hours of nightly contact; dust mite allergen is one of the most common indoor allergy triggers.
Process: HydroClean extraction breaks down skin oils and organic residue → SteamPro disinfection neutralizes dust mite allergen and pathogens in the same visit.
Carpets & Rugs
What's treated: Fitted carpet, area rugs, runners; delicate and antique rugs handled with adjusted settings.
Process: HydroClean deep-saturation extraction rinses ground-in soiling out of the pile → SteamPro disinfection treats what remains in place, without over-wetting the backing.
Curtains
What's treated: In-place treatment — no need to remove curtains from the track in most cases.
Process: HydroClean enzymatic pre-treatment where soiling is present → SteamPro disinfection in place for full pathogen elimination.
