We often see the water extraction method getting compared to steam cleaning, with the obvious question, “Which one is better for me?”
The answer to this question really depends on the surface type and can better finalized after a consultation however the main difference is that hot water extraction is a more forceful method of cleaning that is great for more stubborn dirt and is equally ecofriendly, however steam cleaning is more gentle and works better on certain surfaces. To find out what’s best for you we recommend a consultation.
We use a cold water method of extraction which is the most gentle, in combination with very powerful yet none toxic, organic cleaning compounds that are totally bio-degradable so leave no residue, while being totally safe for your family and pets.
The cold water extraction cleaning service we offer is actually a lot more than just the extraction, it’s a 4 part process.
Step 1 is the inspection. We check your surface for any defects, signs of pests, anything at all that we need to address during the service.
Step 2 we Vacuum the entire surface. This is to remove easier debris particles before the next step which is the deep clean.
Step 3 We potentially have to start with a specialist stain removal, targeted towards specific stains on your item. If there are no stains we will begin spraying the entire surface with our completely safe cleaning solution.
Step 4 is the extraction. Now our high powered vacuum will draw out the cleaning solution, taking with it the now dissolved dirt and leaving behind a much cleaner looking surface.
