FAQ
DO YOU GUARANTEE REMOVAL OF ALL SPOTS OR STAINS?
We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the upholstery and the type of fibers also play a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN STEAM CLEANING AND WATER EXTRACTION SERVICES?
Steam cleaning works via vapor at 140 degrees and disinfects using the high temperature of water vapor only.
Water extraction washes the fibers, spraying a solution of water and non toxic detergent before extracting the dirty water from the surfaces, using a high powered vacuum.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY FURNITURE TO DRY?
Your specific upholstery fabric will determine which cleaning method we use. Steam cleaning leaves the material dry immediately, however the water extraction treatment has a typical dry time ranging between 2-6 hours.

We use our powerful water extraction cleaning process whenever possible, because it provides the deepest cleaning of all the possible methods. Some fabrics may require a more delicate cleaning system like steam cleaning. In each case, we will help you make the right decision that best suits your needs and your furniture.

THE TAG ON MY FURNITURE RECOMMENDS A DRY CLEANING METHOD, SO CAN STEAM CLEANING PHUKET CLEAN IT?
Yes, we can clean your furniture. We’ll make an inspection and we will test the fabric to determine which cleaning method will be the safest and most effective. That tag or “Manufacturer Liability Code,” is required to recommend “a” cleaning method even though it may not be the most effective method for removing soil.
